We do not collect any information passively beyond standard anonymous usage analytics (pages visited, general location by country, device type). We do not collect your name, phone number, or any financial information.
How we use it
Your email address is used solely to send you job alert emails matching your stated preferences. Anonymous usage data is used to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Job listings
Job listings displayed on TendPrep are sourced from third-party job data providers. We do not control the content of individual listings and are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by employers or their representatives.
Data retention
We retain your email and preferences for as long as you wish to receive alerts. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below, and we will remove your data within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information). To exercise any of these rights, contact us below.
Children
TendPrep is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
