Responsible for the assignment of appropriate. ICD-10-CM/PCS and /or CPT-4 codes to obtain accurate DRG or APC assignment for proper reimbursement and data collection. Assigns all pertinent ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes and ICD-10-PCS or CPT-4 codes based on official inpatient and outpatient coding guidelines.
